Privacy policy

This page explains what happens to the details you send through the call-out request form on plumberfaerieglen.co.za, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What is collected

Only what you type into the form: your name, phone number, suburb, the service you chose and your description of the fault, plus the page you sent it from. The form has no tracking pixels, and nothing is collected until you press the button.

Why it is collected

To reply to your request, agree a time window and do the work you ask for. Your details are not sold, rented or used for marketing lists.

Who receives it

The form sends an email to the plumber handling Faerie Glen requests, through Resend, an email delivery service. Resend processes the message only to deliver it.

How long it is kept

Request emails are kept for as long as they are needed to arrange and invoice the job, and for any period the law requires for tax and accounting records.

Your rights

You may ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where the law allows. Send that request through the call-out form, choosing “Something else” and writing “Privacy request” in the description.
