Plumber
Moreleta Park
Plumber in Moreleta Park, south of Faerie Glen beyond Garsfontein, for geysers, leaks, drains and pressure. You hear the call-out fee before we book, the repair is priced before it starts, and blocked drains are run with water until they flow before anyone packs up.

Moreleta Park’s water comes through different reservoirs from Faerie Glen’s
Neighbouring suburbs in Pretoria east do not share one tap. In its July 2026 notice the City listed Moreleta Park under the Constantia Park, Elardus Park and Parkmore HL reservoirs, while Faerie Glen sat under Parkmore HL, Mooikloof and Koedoesnek. Some of the same water, in a different mix.
That matters when you read an outage notice. A cut that drains one reservoir can leave part of Moreleta Park dry and the rest untouched, and the same street can appear in one notice and be missing from the next. The quickest check is your reservoir’s name, not your suburb’s.
Demand plays its part. The Constantia Park Reservoir was named on the City’s high-consumption list in September 2025, when Tshwane warned that residents who kept overusing ran the risk of having no water at all. Level 1 restrictions applied: no hosepipes or sprinklers between 06:00 and 18:00, and pools topped up by hand only when covered.
Rand Water’s maintenance reaches this suburb as well. Moreleta Park was on the affected lists for the 30-hour Vlakfontein shutdown in February 2023 and for the Rand Water programme in mid-2024, and the ageing bulk meters at the Mooikloof Reservoir were replaced overnight on 4 and 5 November 2025.
The plumbing that suffers is what suffers anywhere on an interrupted supply: geysers caught switched on, grit in valves and aerators, air spitting from the taps. What differs is the timing, so a Moreleta Park house can still be refilling after Faerie Glen has recovered, or the other way round.
Find your reservoir’s name on a City notice once, and every notice after that is quick to read.
Where we work in Moreleta Park
The Moreleta Spruit runs through the Moreleta Kloof Nature Reserve here, then through the Faerie Glen Nature Reserve on its way north to Roodeplaat Dam. The Moreleta Kloof reserve is free to enter and has zebra, springbok and ostrich.
Garsfontein sits between Moreleta Park and Faerie Glen, and the Mooikloof estates share the Mooikloof Reservoir zone with both suburbs. Every Moreleta Park street is in the call-out area.
Before you request a call-out
- Find your main stopcock and check that it turns
- Ask whether the neighbours have water too
- With every tap shut, read the meter, wait 15 minutes, read it again
- Check the City’s notice for your reservoir’s name
- For a geyser fault, note its size and rough age
